99 computer and a 2000' harness?

Any bad come from this potentially for an A4? Any extra pins or anything that could be incompatible? Thanks!

no, should be no issues. Both are 09354896 service numbers.

You will just need to flash the right file into the pcm, but even a 99 pcm should run a 00 car, or vise versa.
