timing issue

Hi smooth01,
Look at the pids whose names start with EST_ (Electronic Spark Timing)...
one or more of these may show the reason for pulled timing.
Also look at the pid KR.
What car/year/model do you have...?
Regards
Joe

01 camaro ss 6sp turbocharged 10psi
somebody else tuned the car, but I should be getting software soon
I do have a scan tool
If disconnect the battery and let it sit for a while then reconnect it, the car will drive fine for about 40 or so miles then it loses power

We would have to see some log files (which scantool do you have...?)
Did the MIL come on...?
Are any DTC's present...?
Did you run this by your tuner (he may know what's wrong)...?

its a matco scan too
the mil light is not on but there is a generator code when I turn the key to the on position but it goes away once i start the car
also a low frequency maf code, but thats because of the speed density tune right?
My tuner came and looked at it, he zeroed out the traction control tables and reflashed it, the car drove fine for about 40 miles and then started pulling timing out again
It all started after the 2bar tuned was done, before that he put a base tune on the car so i could drive it and i put about 600 miles on the car with no problems.

Yes, SD required MAF DTC to be present.
Your tuner needs to look at what he changed before/after the 2 bar tune... might be the sanity tables in the engine diagnostics segment.

got software for my car
efi v7.5 with an lc-1
efilive custom calibrations is giving me a A0001 forced octane scaler percentage, was out of range when loaded
what does this mean?
does this mean i over boosted the engine, because my wastegate has not been able to keep the boosted at 10 psi
I enabled the A0001 and have not had a problem with the pcm pulling timing out, but in the speed density tutorials it says this is supposed to be diabled
