Default gen III to IV tune?

hey everyone, im about to drop a 6.0 lq4 into my 2000 z28, and im curious what tuning software will support this, if im correct, doesnt a gen 4 crank have 54 teeth on the reluctor wheel, and the one in my f body has 24? if im wrong correct me, but will ls1 edit be able to set that straight? also will that sensor take a different plug in on the wiring harness?
thanks for any help, Mark

I believe Lingenfelter sells a 24x/58x reluctor adapter.

I know for a fact HPTuners should handle it, I dont have experience with LS1Edit.

Everything listed is correct except the assumption that lq4 is gen4, its gen 3. So there is no tuning difference.

Adapt the Alternator, drop the motor in, bolt it up, Connect sensors start tuning.
