Default turbo tuning

by the end of this year i'm looking at transferring to Cape Canaveral/ Cocoa Beach, FL, or back to the frozen tundra of Minot, ND.... either way, i'll need a new tune for the lower altitude, correct?

current tuned for SLC,ut = 4200'ish feet

Minot,nd = 1,400-1,700 ft
The Cape= sea level

incorrect. Temp will drift a tune if its not fully accounted for from the start. Baro is referenced and taken care of by the PCM regardless.
