Default Bank 1 fuel trim fluctuations

My ignition coils, plugs, wires, and 02 sensors are fine....but the fuel trim on bank 1 is fluctuating for no apparent reason...what are some causes aside from the ones I've already checked above?...

forgot to mention the injectors....Cylinder 1,3, and 7 plugs were somewhat fouled(heavy carbon)....5 looked clean(?)...should I swap injector #5 with a new one to see what happens?

You may have a miss on cylinder #5.

If it doesn't fire it will pump fresh oxygen into the exhaust which will 1) send the Lterms crazy 2) Force the car to dump fuel as it incorrectly tries to bring the a/f back into line.

Log misfires, see if cylinder #5 or one on B1 is racking them up.
