Default Please help me get started with HPTuners

I need urgent help guys, because I've swapped 1998 PCM to 2000 yesterday (number 12200411). As you understand, car doesn't drive very well now being 383ci with cam/heads/injectors and so on. Runs rich and dies from flooding if I don't hold it in revs.
I want to use RTT feature of HPTuners, and I plan to boost it to 15-20psi eventually (6-10psi this year).
What should I do now, where to start?
Thanx in advance!
