Default Speedo Problems Again.

I have a 1995 Impala SS with a 6.0 LQ4/4l60E swapped in it. I'm also running a gauge cluster from a 1995 Camaro Z28. MY problem is that my speedo is showing 2.875x what my speed actually was (i was doing 40 according to HPTuners, but it reads 115 on the speedo). I've also logged it with the GPS and HPtuners and my GPS are within ~1mph of each other. I've looked at a few different stock tunes (06 Savanna Van, 03 Silverado, plus some others), and I've noticed that they have values plugged in under the shift light gear ratios table, whereas my tune (modified 04 GTO tune) does not have them. Would this affect how the speedometer reads? Also, could it just be the GTO tune that outputs a different pulse to the speedometer? Any help would be greatyl appreciated.

There should be a number of holes for OSS sensor, or something like that, depending on the units 17 and 40 come to mind. with 17 being manual, and 40 being automatic. You may need to adjust this value to get your speedo to be correct.

I've adjusted the VSS pulses per rev to 40 which is right for the 4l60E. I'll try setting it for 17, but it seems that the trans shift points would be different then.

Edit: Tried that, and all it did was keep giving me an error in HPTuners with in the tire size box.
