Default Ideal A/F ratio?

What is the ideal A/F for a N/A LS1? I just dynoed my car a couple days ago and my A/F got up around 15:1 at high rpms which, of course, caused it to have some KR. Just wondering what the perfect A/F should be? I've heard around 13:1. Thanks

On my car I found that 13.3-1 gives the best dyno #'s,but 12.5-1 gave me the best track times.
13.3-1==117mph
12.5-1==120mph on the same day.

What did you dyno with that setup? It sounds like it would be in the 450 range, and would the 15:1 cause the KR above 4000 on the dyno?

I've hit 440+ on a low reading dyno,but my best track times dyno at 420hp.So I guess my Ram air setup needs more fuel added for road use.

15-1 will bring KR on the dyno which isn't that bad for a dyno since there is less load.The problem is that you might be pegging the KR on the street causing serious loss of power and could possibly cause engine damage.

15:1 at WOT would make me nervous about an impending melt-down. I would shoot for 12.8 to 13.1 at WOT. The PE exists to richen the AFM @ WOT, you're running WOT even leaner than part throttle.
