Default check out my tune...need some help

Well this tuning is a PITA. im new to it and finding time to really learn it has been tough. im trying to tune a nova i built for a customer. all i have to go by is CPIGs guide but i find it hard to follow. heres my most recent log and tune. i got the VE table close (i think), and i have the MAF also calibrated fiarly close too.

The biggest thing i get confused on is following CPIGs guide, he has you turn a bunch of stuff off and change things, but no where in his guide does he ever have you turn any of these things back on so i get a little lost as to when im supposed to change values. im using HPtuners and an running a LM-2 wideband.

setup is a 2000 ls1 and T56. mid 230's duration cam and some long tubes.

Why is your inlet Air Temp over 100 degrees all the time? The MAF will not work correctly with the air at that temp.
Why don't I see any O2 sensor activity on the display of your log file?

Where are you getting your inlet air from? is your filter located in your engine compartment?

yeah, the AIR temp sensor is in the engine bay. the intake is in the engine compartment, which is why the IAT temps are high like they are.
