Default Help! Diagnostic code P0141???

Long story - basically, I had my clutch changed under warranty, shortly after the check engine light came on. The car ran fine and I plan on doing heads/cam and figured I would wait until I did the swap. The problem is now, I took it to get emission tested and they hooked it to the OBD computer and trouble code P0141 came up. Says, O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2). Is this just a O2 sensor or something I can fix?

There is a problem with the drivers side after cat O2 sensor. Check the connection where the sensor plugs into the harness, clear the code, then see if it comes back. Is the SES light on or was the code just stored in memory?

Tried to clear the code........comes back on. That is what I figured, they forgot to hook something back up, or maybe a bad O2 sensor.
Worst case, if that is it, I have O2 sims for the rears for the FLP's- I can always put those in for now. So the rear O2 sensor is either not plugged in or malfunctioning?
