tuning low octane spark table.

i got my car running in closed loop and want to get a good low octane spark table in the event that i wanna run a regular tank or whatever. How shouldi develop the low octane table from the high octane one.

run the low octane at a lower spark a few deg across the board maybe ??

Just subtract about 4* of timing from the low octane table if it is currently the same as the high octane table. You may want to leave the low rpm/low map cells the same, but high load/rpm cells can be lowered.
