Default anyway

So is there anyway to get rid of a few codes. The t/b i'm running has the center hole drilled out and car is throwing a check engine light. on the stock t/b everything is fine no lights etc. Anything i can change?
I attached my tune for my 99 camaro if anyone wants to take a look. So far its a 100shot with nano, lt's, true duals and a 3k stall (ls1 cam, ls1 intake, ls1 heads, stock bottom end) and has gone 11.0@123

Probably high idle code. You can delete the high idle code or patch up the center of the TB so the hole is the same size as the stocker, this is assuming the TB isn't ported too far around the blade which allows more air in. Try to close up the TB blade as well until it starts to stick in the bore and then go back a quarter of a turn on the set screw so it's as closed as possible without sticking. Otherwise you need a TB that isn't ported so much or with as big of a hole in the center. I wouldn't remove the high idle code.
