Need help. code 171b,174b

I have a 00 z28 ls1 auto i know that it says lean condition, what do i need to check,i cant find any vacuum leaks or loose throttle body,where i check THANKS!!

check the rubber hose from passenger side on intake manifold. Under mine there was some black soot and smell of gas. I put a zip tie to it and no more codes goin off.
