Wierd timing issue on tbss

ive got a wierd timing issue with my 06 tbss. when cruising, the timing just drops randomly then picks back up. ive attached a screen shot of the log and circled one of the timing drops in red. any ideas?

just attached the log, the tune from the log is 100% stock and also exceeds the limit for that file type...
