Default Running rich...tuning problem?

Been running rich for a while now and its starting to wear on me with the gas prices. It smells really strong when the top is down as well. Will a tune correct this? Mods are in my sig, and I DO have an O2 burned out that I gave up on. I have LTs and I cant seem to keep the front O2s alive; been through 3 sets of them.

Also I forgot to mention I did remove the EGR when I put in the LS6 manifold, but I cant recall if I took out the AIR as well...

Do I need to use LSedit to get rid of the EGR in the computer?
