Limit throttle opening on LS7 crate engine with GMPP 19166567 ECU kit? Is it possible to limit the throttle opening electronically when flash tuning the ECU for gen IV engines that has a "fly by wire" throttle? For example, can you tell the ECU to open the throttle say 30% when the pedal is at 100%?
The reason is that I need the engine to behave as it has about half the power of a stock LS7 just for a little wile
