NON OBD2 Codes...Dealer Codes???

Default NON OBD2 Codes...Dealer Codes???
I have a code in the 1000s....1842 or something. These are dealer codes correct? How can I find out what this is?

Right now I have code 1416. But it's P1416 , means it's a GM code. No big deal, your code reader should tell you what it is.
