Default 02 voltages dropping

I just finished swapping an LS6 into my Miata. I'm using an '04 GTO PCM. It's got a vanilla mail order tune. I logged the car with the key in on and idling, and then driving around the court in 1-2 gears. I noticed that my B1S1 voltage starts dropping close to zero. I swapped the sensors L/R and it still does the same on bank one.

When the car is off but key is on, I'm getting 450 mV on both. When I start the car at idle the B1 sensor voltage starts dropping. I did not let the car warm up much so I'm not sure if that's affecting things.

The first drive log is around the neighbor hood.
The swapped 02 log is just sitting at idle and revving a bit to see what happens.

When I rev I noticed the voltage does jump up.

Any help would be appreciated. I need to get this year long project inspected and on the road (just in time for winter here in MD).

Thanks,
Frank
