That question depends on what car/type/year you are talking about.
Most newer cars you can log the pids if it has a fuel controller more than likely it is monitoring pressure.
The FSCM will show pressures, if your vehicle has one.
Efilive, or any other scan tool should show you the values if you select it in the software.
But as Shoemike shows. If your vehicle dont have a sensor on the fuel rail or lines, then you can easily add it to your setup.
