TCS Comes on During Revving?

TCS Comes on During Revving? I just put in a cutout and was testing it out, giving the engine a few revs and what not. During a few of the revs, the LOW TRAC light came on, and the gas pedal was trying to push itselft back out like it usually does if the tires are spinning. But I was standing still, car wasn't even in gear. Anyone? Thanks
