Reading a PCM with Edit

Reading a PCM with Edit Real quick question....is it possible to read another person's PCM with Edit so that you can see what the settings are in their PCM? I know to program it you have to use one of the 'registrations' but just to read it you don't have to. Just checking before I downloaded another person's tune to see how it works.

Plus, tuners can purchase a lock from LS1Edit that stops other people viewing thier tunes.
