HP tuners wont load into laptop with vista?? Ive put in the cd and it tell me to download .NET framework, i did that ... (which is also available inside cd) but wont load the program therefore i cant load the hptuners cd

My day gig is computer forensics. Windows 7 was a total kernel re-write. Every previous Windows version had lines of code dating back to the Windows 3.0 days. With 7 they tested every possible system call and if a line of code wasn't executed it was deleted from the default kernel and made available through a developer kit. Again, mere hearsay, but from good sources. Short version, Vista blows.

my car is already tuned to 2- bar SD, so if im correct ill be using two credits to get this licensed to my vehicle. i need to log some runs for my tuner and send the files to him, so much easier than constantly towing my car everytime
