Default Dyno tuning and wheel hop

Alright, this may be a stupid question, but is there any way excessive wheel hop could affect the outcome of a dyno tune? My car put down about 30 hp less than expected with heads, cam, and intake upgrades.

Like I said, this may be a stupid question, but I wasnt there for the tune. Im just getting into f-bodies, and im trying to figure out any possible reason for the low power output. The car wheelhops really badly on the road, so I figured it might do the same on the dyno...

On a dyno run you don't pull the car from a dig.
It's like racing from a roll, so no wheel hop.

Believe it or not two of my current cars wheel hopped pretty bad at the track before i had it tuned....After tuning on both cars most of the wheel hop completely went away....Strange but they were like two completely different cars.........On subject again...NO
