When using hp turners vcm scaner to turn the fans on and off when i click the low button both fans come on then i turn it off and click the high speed button but only the high speed fan on the passenger side turn's on the driver's side fan does not is this normal or should both fans come on with either the high speed or low speed fan switch is clicked.
