Default SD tuning option

Due to the issue with my Maf maxing out (previous post) I have ordered my 2 bar MAP and will start working on my SD tune.
I've read several bits and pieces of the process, but nothing that outlines a start to finish process.
Does anyone know where I can get a through write up?

Switch up to a 99 or newer PCM. Then the MAF will work also

I scanned a proocharged truck with the same problem recently. The owner just wont go 2bar SD, I guess when it goes lean and its torn up he might consider it,lol.

I see. I missed that the other day.

I did would think a 0411 PCM will work better anyway. I would use a 2001 Operating System. 12202088 or 12221588. You still need to go to SD or purchase an Abaco tunable MAF. The 0411 is a better PCM for boost and they are hard to Brick. The 98 operating systems table are not as favorable and the PCM's brick often.
