Default maft tuning question (PLEASE HELP)

1.)when tuning the MAFT do I tune the ltft at idle or cruise? and I want to tune it to 0%-5% correct? please correct me if im wrong..

2.) what do I look for on the WOT ajustment?

I will be using a preadator to scan with.or I can use a mac scan tool witch is better to do this with?

You will need to log it in something like AutoTap, then export the file to Excel, then get an average of the LTFTs in cells 0-19. If it is negative, you adjust the MAF-T to lean, if positive, make it richer. After you have this done, then you can start with WOT tuning.
