Default 98 to 02 PCM Swap and Keep Traction Control???

I am thinking about swaping my 98 PCM for a 2002 PCM (fuel segment swap already taken care of). Is it possible to keep traction control or get it working with the new PCM? If so could someone point me in the right direction.
