Cylinder 7 misfire. Bad tune?

I'm throwing a p0307 cel. New injectors and spark plugs. Could this come from a bad tune?

More than likely it's a broken piston ringland.

The car has no loss in power and runs fine. Just seems to idle a tiny bit rougher. I'm only boosting 5 lbs. Should it still run fine with a broken piston ringland?

Swap coil and wire to another cylinder see if the problem follows it. Compression test if you don't find anything then a leakdown test.
