DFI lets you "pump" the accelerator prior to startup, the more fuel I threw at it the quicker it would start COLD. It fires as soon as I hit the starter switch! Now HOT I haven't figured out yet... obviously I took most of the fuel out of it but I've gone both ways without much change This thing would fire right up without any tricks on the stock pcm... must be operator error, which doesn't help you at all
