Default looking for input code P0131 low o2 input

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on this code i got from my ss. Driveline bucking and jerking in 6th gear cruising and this code popped.

ANy common causes? Anything i should look for or suggestions?

heres a readout of the code:

Fuel System 1: Clear
Fuel System 2: Clear
Calculated Load: 17.25%
ECT: 167 Farenheit
STFT B1: 55.47%
LTFT B1: 25.00%
STFT B2: 0.00%
LTFT B2: 25.00%
MAP: 13.29 Hg
Engine RPM: 2591

This is part of what the 2001 Camaro/Firebird GM service manual has to say about DTC P0131 (book 2, page 6-991):
---
Description:
The powertrain control module (PCM) supplies a bias voltage of about 450 mV between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) high signal and low signal circuits. When measured with a DMM, this may display as low as 350 mV. The oxygen sensor varies the voltage within a range of about 1,000 mV when the exhaust is rich, down through about 100 mV when exhaust is lean. The PCM constantly monitors the HO2S signal during Closed Loop operation and compensates for a rich or lean condition by decreasing or increasing injector pulse width as necessary. If the HO2S voltage remains excessively low for an extended period of time, this Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will be set.

Conditions for setting the DTC
The HO2S signal voltage remains less than 175 mV during normal Closed Loop operation
OR
The HO2S signal voltage remains less than 600 mV during power enrichment.

(thanks to a local forum member for that info)

Car has kooks LTs and recently had rockers and plugs done.
