Retune needed for start up w/ new cam?

Retune needed for start up w/ new cam? Ive had my T/A turbo'd for the last couple years. This year I changed out the stock ls1 cam for a 232/228(ish) cam. Will I need a retune just to start it? If I get it running, I can tune it out but Im worried itll go lean when I start it.
