2001 Vette Throwing Multiple Lights

2001 Vette Throwing Multiple Lights Ok here's an easy question for you experts! I did a few searches, didn't find what I needed to know.
I'm a Fbody guy, but I've been out of the groove for a while, and this is a Vette. My father in law has a 2001 Vette with a dead battery. After he charged it, these issues started:
1. Check Engine light 2. ABS light 3.Traction Control light
It used to be those three lights would go out after the engine ran for awhile, but now they are staying on. When they are on, the heater and AC will not turn on, but the radio will play.
When those lights used to go off, then the heater and AC would run fine.
The oil pressure is fine, temperature is fine, and the engine runs good, so he has been ignoring those three lights, but we would like to get it fixed right.
