I have on the car now a 90/90 setup with an 85mm truck maf. I have a 102/102 to go on the car and am going to loose the maf and tune speed density. I have 42 lbs injectors. Any suggestions on what I should be doing on the initial change over of setups.

Just start with the stock VE curve - or sometimes you can get a headstart by borrowing a VE curve of someone else with a similar setup - beware though some people really suck at building a VE map.
