I bought a used HPP3 to reprogram my speedo after changing gears. Well, when I hooked it up and it did its initial scan, it came back reading "Calibration Not Found - Call Hypertech." I called them and they said the unit may not have all the latest factory updates, and indeed, my computer had been reflashed at the dealership last summer. Hypertech said they would update the unit for the original owner only. So I'm working with the guy who sold it to me (good man!) to see if we can get it done. What a major PITA and so a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing a used HPP.
