Default 2400 stall on a 2800 tune

Just as it reads. There was some debate on weather or not my fuddle 2800 was efficient or not. Ever since I installed my trans cooler and started getting temp readings from the pan I had a question in my mind on how effcient my converter was. I know my temps are not of limits but for only being a 2800 and seeing 170-180 temps on 70 degree days I had my ?'s. I know guys with 3600 seeing much cooler temps in similar set ups. I know a 9.5in converter is more effcient then my 11.5in or the 12in thats in there now. Point is Im running a 2400 stall on my car that was tuned for 2800. Should this cause any problems until I get my new stall? Im going w/ a yank 3600SS so at that time Ill get a new tune. btw the 2400 runs much cooler
Thanks for any input

Shouldn't affect anything with the car. converter may just not lock up on time or unlock early.
