Default XFI and XIM or EFI Connection 24x?

I am currently building a turbo 383 LT1, at peak itll probably see 15-20psi boost. I was hoping to figure out which system will work best for my application. I am currently looking at the FAST XFI with an XIM as well, or going over to the EFI connection 24x and running the LS1 PCM? Other question is, can the LS1 pcm be made to work with a wide band oxygen sensor? What are the tuning capabilities of both and where do they fall short? Also, is the LS1 computer dependent on the MAF or can it be run in speed density mode, and is this advisable?

Engine Specs are as follows:
383 Block 23.5cc dish pistons w/hellfire rings .003 in the hole
LE Trick Flow heads 61cc chambers approx CR:8.9-9.1 (still tuning with gaskets)
LE Intake Manifold
LE Cam 224/224 .568 Lift
Dry Sump Oiling system
GT4202 Turbo or GT4708 (depends on funds)
84.3lb/hr high impedance injectors
3 Bar Map Sensor

Any input would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
