Default EFI live tuning for new injectors, couple questions

I have some 42# injectors coming to replace my stock 28# ones (seeing 104% duty cycle at around 5k rpm eek).

I have a wideband but the bung is not welded in yet. If I change the IFR table to match the new injectors is the car safe enough to drive to the exhaust shop or am I going to have to try to use a front o2 bung somehow temporarily?

I've heard of some people only tuning the IFR table and others say injectors require a complete retune.

Tuning the injector tables for the 42#ers will be okay to get you to the shop...

you will be fine just changing the IFR table. u just have to make sure of the rated pressure and your pressure, and then re-do the table.

all should be good.
