Default Lean across board on warm start

Guys,

Car is an 02 Z28 with an iron 370 9.3:1 motor 160lb injectors single front mount PT88 running a 3 bar map and OS HPTuners.

Here is the scenario:

Say I come out to the car when its ice cold, start it run it drive it no issues, tune is about dialed in.

Park the car for an hour or more, go to start it again, goes super lean across the board (Idle, cruising, WOT) and surges. seems the longer the cars off the worse it is.

I am able to fatten up the VE via live tuning to get the tune back to normal, but that is just a band aid until the cars ice cold again.

I don't see anything ad normal, IATs are around 90-115* depending on how long it sits (80* days here in South Florida) but even after they come back down from sitting it still runs super lean.

Done a bunch a digging in the tune but can't seem to put my finger on whats causing it. Attached is my tune

Thanks in advance,

Kev D
