Default AEM 30-1220 on a 1998 PCM? What is needed?

I'm told with a few "pin swaps" these work on a 98 PCM? I can't seem to find anything confirming this?

Anyone confirm this? Or have a wiring link?

I'll be doing it this weekend. Afaik, you need to re-pin the harness to the 99-02 configuration, and it should be plug and play. I'm also putting in an AEM UEGO to go with it... we'll see how it goes.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up selling my 98 pcm and harness and using the money for a custom standalone harness.

Yeah, I debated that, but my 98 PCM is no good anyway, so I'll just do it myself. I plan to pull out all the pins and extend the wires into the car, then re-pin. Also, if anyone has a shell for a 99+ PCM they'd like to sell/donate, I need something to put the EMS in

All the 99-2002 PCM cases are the same. (posssibly 2003-?) I got a 2000 v6 PCM for $30 shipped.
