Default Holley EFI HP not learning

Installed the HOLLEY EFI today. I get the motor to start but it's not learning.
The function seems to be off. The learn status says "NoLearn". I have it enabled at 100%. Wondering if anyone could assist? Thanks in advance.

Go to system parameters, closed loop learn. check the closed loop box and enable closed loop temp at. Set the learn temp low enough that it will learn when the car is at operating temp. Go to learn parameters and click base fuel learn enabled to start put all learn parameters at %100. Make sure the car is up to operating temps and that none of the other fuel enrichments are activated or it won't learn.
