Default 2000 Corvette ECU and 2000 Z28 Harness, will it work?

So I'm putting a tt 5.3 in a fox and bought a harness out of a 2000 z28 and an ecu out of a 2000 Vette. Probably should have asked this before I bought the ecu but it was cheap and I figured it would work. Will it work? It'll be tuned with hp tuners, 3 bar map, etc...

2000 F-body Vette & Truck PCMs are one in the same.

Yes, but not without some changes. You will need to over-write the operating system in the Corvette ECM with a Camaro operating system. There are many differences like drive-by-wire. Once you match the OS to the harness you are using then you will be good. The glitch is that you have to license the original ECM and the "donor" ECM in order to do this. So $200 to license the two ECMs and another $50 credit for the 3-bar enhanced OS.
