PCM requests TCS to be Disabled???????

PCM requests TCS to be Disabled??????? the pcm throws the code" pcm requests TCS to be diabled" using the abs scanner. its a 99 ws6 trans am. the tcs off light comes on randomly kinda often and was wondering if anyone has seen this or if its pcm tuning related. i have not goten car tuned, i bought tuned. any advise will help. thanks
