Depends on your fuel used. The stoichiometric point of each fuel is different based on brand, geographic area, ethanol percentage ect..
Racing fuel, Most tune for 12.9 to 13.0 if it is straight gasoline and not an oxygenated blend.
If it is e10 fuel, as seen at most pumps, can be a percentage of ethanol of I have seen in the 16-4% in reality, most tuners use about a 12.4-12.6 target at wide open throttle due to the ethanol changing that base stoich point.
