Tuning with individual EGT!
First pass using individual EGT and found #6 reaching ~ 1800 F!! and #3 is only 980F @ 7500 RPM!! and have alot of questions: (it's my first time using EGT)
1- what's the targeted Temp? (i've read some where it's 1200F and would like to make sure).
2- Is that (x) Temp only at Max RPM? or starting from WOT all the way to Max RPM?
3- To reach that (x)F should i add fuel or to pull some timing?
any input would be appreciated.

is it on the engine dyno? If so, hook up wideband to each cyl as well.
If you are that far off, I would think that the injectors are either bad or need to be modified/staged to make each cyl the same. That is a huge difference and kinda high.
What software/ computer setup are you running for the engine control.

I found when beating on the turbo V6 that with high 1600's egt temps pre-turbo the car ran the fastest. I have seen 1800 before as well being way too lean, and the cylinder showing 950 could be knocking and pulling the temp down. I agree on the spark plugs telling the tale. You could also do a quick test by swapping egt's to see if the temps follow or not.
