Default Wideband Through EGR and Stalling!

Looking for some help if anyone else has experienced this issue...

I am using the standard HP Tuners VCM Suite. I recently decided to take advantage of data-logginf my wideband (AEM EUGO), so I ran the 5v line through the EGR position wire (pin 55 on the blue connector).

After making the custom PID and etc...when I enable EGR, it works just like it is supposed to....but the car won't idle...just stalls.

If I go back and disable egr, the car runs fine but the sensor wont log (obviously).

I guess the PCM is seening voltage on the line and trying to compensate for "egr" position that is non existent....but where?? I don't see any tables that would affect this???

Anyone else experience this issue?

Default

1981 Caprice, 2006 L33 with 2001 Intake harness and PCM (originally had EGR).

Regardless...I think I figured it out.

I was looking at the tables and there is a VE subtractor when EGR is open (even though it is not installed, it is now seeing voltage on the signal wire via the wideband and interprets that signal as "OPEN").

I believe the solution is to zero out the following table in my application:
Engine>Airflow>General>EGR Airflow values

I will report back tomorrow if it solve my problem.
