Where to get PCM flashed

Ok so I've got a factory PCM for my 5.3 swap in my mustang, but I need it reflashed to delete vats, emissions etc. is there anywhere in the Chicago area that does this or somewhere I can send it out to??

We can do it, we setup up pcm's everyday for swaps. Right now we have a 2-3 day turn around max.
