Follow the equations below:

You first have to compensate for the change in injector fuel pressure. Your injectors are rated at 43.5 psi as per the industry standard. Our fuel pressures are 58 psi. This also brings up another point, depending on your type of injector you may want to run lower fuel pressure. Look at the bottom of your injector. If you see around 6 to 10 holes at the base, then you are running plate and will want to run your fuel pressure no higher than 55 psi. Any higher and the repeatable flow between the injectors (matched flow) goes to ****. If you see only 1 hole or ~4, then you are running a pintle and can jack the fuel pressure up to ~75 psi before things get hairy.

Your Injector Size = SQRT (Your PSI / Rated PSI) * Injector Size
Your Injector Size = SQRT (58 psi / 43.5 psi) * 57 lb/hr
Your Injector Size = 65.81 lb/hr

Now convert you new injector size from lb/hr to gram/sec

Your Injector Size = 65.81 lb/hr * 453.6 g/lb / 3600
Your Injector Size = 8.29 g/sec

Reduce this 3% for a safety margin

LS1 Edit Value = 8.29 g/sec * .95
LS1 Edit Value = 8.04 g/sec

Now multiply the ENTIRE Injector Flow Rate table in LS1 edit until the first cell matches the above number.

Good luck
