Everytime i go from where i live (4500 ASL) to sea level My afr is always off, The car is mafless and the ve is dialed in for my altitude, Where is my issue and where do i look?

Datalog barometric pressure at both altitudes and see how much different it is. There are VE barometric correction tables that can solve this problem.

Most calibrations from the factory don't change much from 95kpa up to 105kpa which is odd IMO and def needs addressed on a full SD car.
