Fuel Trim readings and bank identification

Fuel Trim readings and bank identification
So, I'm using an OBDII live monitoring program to help diagnose an issue I'm having with my LQ9 swap.
I've been monitoring O2 sensor voltages and fuel trim read outs.
Fuel trim seems to be within spec for banks 1 and 2, but banks 3 and 4 are washout of spec and are wildly erratic.
My question is, what the **** are banks 3 and 4? Shouldn't I only have two banks? I'm only running two o2 sensors. Could this be because my tune didn't eliminate the rear o2's? I ordered the tune from Blackbear.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Im going to guess your LTFT are named 1 and 2. That are slower to read. They take their data from the STFT ( which you may have named bank 3 and 4 ) which move all over the place.
The short term fuel trims influence the long term fuel trims correction.

That's what's strange. I've got read outs from "O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1" and "o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1." It clearly only shows o2 voltage from two o2 sensors.
But on fuel trim read outs it shows 4 banks for short term fuel trim and 4 banks for long term fuel trim.
I sent the company an email. Hopefully I'll hear back tomorrow.
