Default secondary ve table

was modifying me primary ve table, and noticed there was a secondary table. When is this secondary ve table used? Thanks,
Bryan

I believe it was for open loop or PE fueling PW in early PCMs. The overall pattern is the same with Less precision in the secodary table owing to fewer cells - MAP/kPa axis. Many/most of the MAP cells (40, 50, 60, ...) are identical between the two tables (primary vs secondary).

Maybe one of the Gurus will jump in .....

So when tuning for idle, there is no need to do anything with this table, correct?

secondary VE is only used during failure (such as MAF DTC) on early code.
